Description
Mansion of Snakes is an earth shaking devil funk and cosmic jazz 11-piece behemoth from Leeds. With blazing horns and vocals backed by pounding percussion and bass the band fuses the influences of afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti, with the cosmic sounds of Funkadelic and searing jazz of Pharaoh Sanders. Mansion of Snakes are on a mission to make the masses move whilst following the well-trodden path of afrobeat, jazz and punk as protest music.
Mansion of Snakes’ debut LP drops on 1 November 2019.
