Our constitution

Marsden Jazz Festival Ltd is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. Our charitable purpose is to:

“Promote, maintain, improve and advance the education of the people of Marsden and the Colne Valley, in particular but not exclusively by promoting, encouraging and increasing their knowledge and appreciation of music, especially jazz and associated forms of music by the presentation of public concerts and educational activities.”
