Description
We’ve pined for US tenor player Ellery Eskelin to play Marsden. Why? ‘Eskelin’, one critic writes, ‘could get away with murder. That tone is all the alibi he’d need… incarnating the horn’s romantic tradition while inking fresh initials on its tattooed heart.’ (Jazziz). Plus fellow inksters Chris Sharkey and Matthew Bourne. Expect 90 minutes of world-class improvisation.
